very difficult to set time #5

On my device Runbo X5 Hours/Minutes/Seconds scrollers are barely responding so I have to swipe over very small responsive area many times (10 or more) to increment counter (e.g. add a minute, etc.). Setting alarm time is very difficult.

Instead of swiping over the numbers, can you try to tap the numbers above/below the current one?
