Can't randomize HeartGold/Soulsilver with internalconfig #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. When I open the Heart Gold or Soul Silver roms with the randomizer, most of 
the options are grayed out like this: http://imgur.com/a/KOVAI

2. Nothing happens when I try to save it. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

-All (or at least most) of the options should be available. It should save the 
randomized file when I click on "Randomize (Save)"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

UPRandomizer-120a-InternalConfig
Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

It worked perfectly with all of the Gen I to III games that I tested.

This appears to be a problem which several people have, but I'm not sure of the 
cause. When work on this program resumes, I will try to investigate it.
