Original report (BitBucket issue) by Eric Roberts (Bitbucket: ericr86, GitHub: ericr86).

Currently it's possible to specify a track on the command line that may exist in more than 1 genomedata archive. Currently it selects the first genomedata archive found.

It would be better if an error was reported about the number of occurances found.
