Find and replace any placeholder content #1

If needed content is missing, add a list to this issue, with link to page where it should be, and description.

Missing introductory text, currently says "This is introductory homepage text." http://127.0.0.1:4000/access-scholar/

Contact us missing: http://127.0.0.1:4000/access-scholar/contact-us/

Not sure at the bottom "and curated guidelines" text should be a button? http://127.0.0.1:4000/access-scholar/

At the top "Edit text here about the Web Accessibility Standards synthesis.:" http://127.0.0.1:4000/access-scholar/web-accessibility-standards/

This entire page is mostly placeholder: http://127.0.0.1:4000/access-scholar/web-accessibility-standards/

Header says "Content about resources + this page will pull in any /resources/_posts." http://127.0.0.1:4000/access-scholar/resources/

Am I testing this to check that placeholder text has been replaced, or to help look for placeholder text that needs to be replaced?

Note: This and #2 are the same issue at this point

I guess I'm going to go ahead and accept these, since there is not really a bug here and Jamie seems to be good with the content.
