Acquire and insert blurbs at top of all existing pages #2

Draw these from the report I sent if possible; ask me for other supporting materials if/as needed.

@jamiefolsom I'm not sure I understand this request, I have the report but looking at the access-scholar site I don't see any obvious place to put project blurbs?

You make a fair point… I have requested better content, but in the meantime, we could craft some verbiage for the four pages pictured below. For the home page, you can draw on the DRC website page for the project, for the standards, maybe have a look at the actual standards, and write a sentence or two about how they're similar/different. It need not be definitive, but it should be less placeholder-y, or else be removed altogether. Thanks!

So I'm not entirely clear how we are going about this. Is this issue in review because all pages should now have blurbs, or is it here because we are building a list of pages that need blurbs?

@SteveMarvin I'm not sure either - I think I left it here because I did a first pass but I want to make sure it's the state we want to leave it. Contact info is clearly missing, but I opened an issue #6 for that - @jamiefolsom is this ok to close?

Well, I don't really have a good set of criteria against which to test, so I'll wait for Jamie to weigh in.

@SteveMarvin @tezcatlipoca -- we need content which hasn't been written yet, so on four pages, there is placeholder text. Since we don't have that content yet, those placeholders should be removed. I can do that.

I think I've gotten them all, @SteveMarvin -- now while content is still sparse, at least there's no placeholder.

There is still nothing on CONTACT US.

There are no blurbs at the top for any of the pages other than the home page. This may be acceptable.

Yeah, agreed -- it's not optimal, but we've requested that content and it has not been forthcoming. I will see if there is just a general contact email we can slot in there.
