Apple Macintosh Classic II Compatibility #364

Hi,

Just thought I'd report that the Apple Macintosh Classic II works (not surprising as its pretty much exactly the same video output as the Mac Classic) with the (RGB) Apple/Mac Classic TTL profile with the RGBtoHDMI with a TTL buffer board.
