Sometimes, when playing or doing stuff in the editor, there is a chance of some models in the distance becoming transparent, showing up in front of other objects when they should not, and sometimes losing their textures temporarily while they appear this way.
Steps to Reproduce
Noclip around or just play normally or move the camera in the editor to see that this sometimes happens
Expected Result
No Transparency issues should occur.

Like the summary says, some models become transparent while others also just lose their texturing alongside becoming transparent and rendering in front of objects that should be in front of those ones.
