Updated this package to work with Go 1.

Ran go Fix
Removed oauth.go which had multiple uses of old Go packages such as vector and httplib. It wasn't being used by the mainline anyway and could be replaced by http://github.com/border/golangtw/oauth I think.
Tidied up imports and some time types
Ran go fmt
