Check for ChromeOS before assigning architecture in nodebrew command #75

Fixes #71. Tested on aarch64 Chromebook and non-Chromebook environments.

@hokaccha: Hope all is well! I noticed the CI builds failed not because there was a logic error in the PR code but rather the Perl tarball was not found to perform the test. See https://travis-ci.org/github/hokaccha/nodebrew/jobs/682639382.
