Set up DB

DB in Planetscale has a branch structure. It seems that I can organize the history of DB schema and divide production and production environments.

Operation

• Use the "development" branch when I develop new features or fix bugs, etc...
• Then create a deploy request after modifying the schema or the data in the tables
• If there are no problems, migrate to the "production" branch so that the changes are reflected to the production environment.
