We have a role in our People Circle that acts as sort of like a Circle Rep, but representing the partners (with personal tensions about anything related to the relationship with the organization) as opposed to representing roles in a circle.
My interpretation of the Constitution V5 right now is that only the Circle Rep is allowed to bring in additional partner to a meeting to process its tensions.
This makes it a little difficult in some instances for the partner rep role to process tensions because the details are with the partners that actually have the tension and not the partner rep role.
I wonder if it's safe to generalize the ability to bring in one partner to any circle member as long as it actually serves the role's purpose.
