Latest at the moment is 3.4, we should aim to that
[ ] Need to use supervisor from dev branch (Py3 support will come with release 4.0, currently dev branch)
[ ] Go over code for syntax issues
[ ] Change running test settings to ensure python3 (use tox)
[ ] Change deployment scripts to use Python3
