Exclude OpenSea listings and offers from queries #689

Issue

OS makes use of off-chain expiration for their listings and offers that we bypass the indexer.

Resolution

Exclude listings and offers from our queries since we can not reliably track their expiration status at this time. We can still index the records but should exclude from our quries.
