Goal

Collection, nft, and profiles activities are queried from a dedicated table that requires limited cross table joining.

Requirements

[x] Table schema that supports activities for collections, NFTs, and profiles with minimal joining
[x] Backfill the activities table based on purchases, offers, and listings
[x] Adjust activities queries for collections, nfts, and profiles to leverage the activities table

@MotleyLabs-Matt this tickets reflects the work that was done by moving all activities to a dedicated table, thus speeding up anything related to activity queries. It only affects our DB and Indexer setup. Please move to done if you feel this comment closes the loop :)
