Filter on Collected Collections Missing Dolphin Stats #912

The magic land collection should show up in the left side

@alchemistgo87 can you take this one? I did a review and the collections that don't show up in the sidebar are ones without dolphin stats. In this case we should still include in the collected collections but show without a floor or estimated value and they should display at the bottom of the list.
