Identify which service is using candy machine config lines. Ideally we are able to stop indexing config lines because it locks up the database.
Requirements
[ ] Audit which services are querying CM candy lines
[x] If not in use drop the table and remove indexing of config lines, If is in use devise strategy for improving indexing so it doesn't lock up the database.
