Twitter is well-known for imposing autocratic withdrawal of service. The affected users often find it difficult to rebuild the relationships they had formed.

This situation might be remedied by providing a third-party service that kept track of the user's Twitter account followers and provided an ability to re-contact those followers and identify yourself as the owner of the withdrawn account.

If a Twitter service proves valuable as demonstrated by (lean startup principles) then it may be profitable to expand to other social media.

Given the repository name (although it is mostly jocular) we should also consider some way to monetise the project while honouring its open source nature.
