Clean up locale file: nb.yml

We're probably misusing #human_attribute_name and the activerecord.attributes.* section of the locale file, which is supposed to be used just for actual model attributes, not arbitrary stuff associated with the model.

In general, we should clean up / re-organize all the message keys, as it has grown quite organically up to this point.
