Problem: Manager cannot archive (closed but not merged) prs #190

Solution: Replace the Approve button functionality with Archive functionality, so we can hide them from the page list.

@georgeciubotaru Hi i just try to install the repos pr-time-tracker with follow steps by steps in https://github.com/holdex/pr-time-tracker?tab=readme-ov-file#local-development and then found this error.

seems like the pnpm install fail to download from private registry, and then i open file package.json and i found this package @holdex/autoinvoicing i think need access to download from this package.
