Update to use a strict dictionary for passphrase generation

Changes:

Passphrase are now generated from https://github.com/emilbayes/eff-diceware-passphrase if none is given
Passphrase is validated against the ^ wordlist and so must be generated from that dictionary
Constructor can now accept no args and will generate a passphrase
Now only announces on the DHT if the passphrase was generated (assumes "server" role)
Changed ._key to .key as it's now needed as a public attribute for fetching the generated key
Modified bin.js to match new behaviors
