Could even start with this on a bzz.link
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<title>Holešovice</title>
</head>
<body>
<h1>Holešovice Testnet</h1>
<p>This is the webpage for the Holešovice Testnet</p>
</body>
</html>
And work out how to embed images from a Swarm hash.
The current website is hosted on Github Pages by Microsoft Inc. and discoverable using holesovice.dev but owned by Google LLC with "clientTransferProhibited" (see screenshot below).
I vote for getting off github, and web2 DNS providers, and building the page to be stored as a Swarm hack, and addressed via on holešovice.bzz.link using ENS.
This way, the update process could technically be governed by a multi-sig / DAO and would also not rely on web2 alternatives.
We would just need to build the page to expect to be loaded from bzz.link
Could also have holesovice.bzz.link always redirect to holešovice.bzz.link, to push the háček a little more into the public consciousness.

The domain is owned by Google LLC, and they will never let you fully control it. They will also hinder you in achieving what you want to achieve, unless you are paying them to advertise on their platform.
