record item histories and provide more statistic-tabs

This is a brain-storming issue to collect ideas about what could be done with item histories, about what needs to be recorded, and what kind of cool new statistic-tabs should make it into OpenCards.

All these things are deferred to OC 1.X/2.0, to keep OC 1.0 as bug-free as possible.

To allow many histories at least three things should be recorded:

• the query date
• item recall time
• item feedback-value

All history-features will be only available for the LTM-mode, because LastMinute-learning does not encode timing.

One possible graph would be the global (card number) normalized retention of the cards.
