No New R Script in File list, R scripts not parsed in PyCharm #207

OS: Arch Linux IDE: PyCharm 2019.2.3 Plugin: R Language Support 1.1 R Language | R Intepreter: /usr/bin/R Invalidate Caches/ Restart

whereis tcl tcl: /usr/lib/tcl8.6 /usr/include/tcl.h whereis tk tk: /usr/lib/tk8.6 /usr/include/tk.h /usr/share/man/mann/tk.n.gz

When trying to create a new R file to project with New .., the R Script File template in menu file list is visable as foo ![Screenshot_2019-10-05_21-32-10](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/3855916/66259910-06776f00-e7b8-11e9-9d81-bda8c829b595.png) .
