What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go for simple data and keep $csv->header = false
2. Upload a single lined data(I checked with numbers only.)
3. print_r or see the output in $csv->data
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should bring the real values where I got something like this:
