xhr and page load time since start #18

Currently we are just measuring duration, we can stack these in Grafana but this isn't necessarily a good visualisation of what is happening. If we measure time since the main event they refer to started we can stack these (or create the same affect as stacking) in the order that they occur.

We've been through how Grafana can stack metrics for us, we're going to close this one.
