ui: proposal values seem to be off in the proposal list #43

Notice there are 3 active participants, yet count seems to imply 0/1.

Also starts in 13 minutes. I don't think you have the timer set right? If that's a todo, no worries, but we have it documented here that the "Starts in 13 minutes" is not updating.
