Add A17 Pro, S9, new devices, and update Apple Watch info #28

These commits add the following chips to the supported devices list:

And as for devices, here's what got added:

Also updated the language around Apple Watch, since Series 8, Ultra, and the current generation Watch SE are the last Apple Watches to not have a Neural Engine.
