Setup Mariadb and MySQL8 test in travis-ci #268

Run a Mariadb and MySQL8 instance in Travis-CI. So we can test the mariadbackup plugin, and xtrabackup plugin with multiple versions of xtrabackup command.

Used docker in Travis-CI to setup tests for MySQL 8, xtracbackup 8, and Mariabackup.
