Xtrabackup not respecting socket configuration #270

In some cases, xtrabackup appears to be ignoring the socket and using the MySQL default.

I think this is related to https://github.com/holland-backup/holland/issues/269. Holland appears to be deleting the active backup directory before trying to connect
