Old and deprecated definitions in TR 29119-11 #16

There are very old and deprecated definitions compared with the definitions in 22989.

3.1.15 autonomy 3.1.19 bias 3.1.31 explainability 3.1.42 interpretability 3.1.67 safety 3.1.81 transparency

We need to mark D* in the related field.
