Copyright issue #3

Is there no copyright issue on WG3 developing content?

I'm not sure if I understand you question. Do you mean the fact that we are quoting copyrighted material in a public forum? As long as we don't upload entire documents, I'm comfortable. But maybe we need to check this with Wael and Heather.

Yes right.

It was a raised issue by some experts in the last WG3 Roadmapping AHG meeting.

They were worried about the content sharing by GitHub in an open manner.

Therefore, in this work through Github, I think it is necessary to provide the confirmation result that why there is no copyright issue.
