the homepage should show all submissions with just the choice and vote info (no vote links) with the animated drop down display.
I am also open to other ideas/input for what the homepage could look like. Basically the key feature is that it display newer content, so that everytime someone visits they see something new (besides just beginning from the start of existing stories).
