Implement LecternInventory #114

Implements LecternInventory as well as adds missing InventoryProperty entries. The book itemstack is stored in slot 0.

The InventoryProperty entries should be added, but I do not believe LecternInventory should be part of base Minestom, rather it is something for vanilla reimplementation.
