models: added upscayl-uniscale-restore AI model #35

Upscayl team uploaded a uniscale-restore AI model in their custom-models repo (https://github.com/upscayl/custom-models) with a compatible license. Hence, we should integrate it. Let's do this.

This patch adds upscayl-uniscale-restore AI model into models/ directory.
