Similar issue here. Though a bit different. I'll get good gens for hours. then out of now where to LoRa will break and start producing nothing but noise. If I retrain it's fine, obviously, but again after a couple of hours I start getting noise again and then the only way to mitigate is to retrain. It's a weird problem.
The concern for me is the fact that I distribute my LoRa modes on CivitAI. I don't want to upload a LoRa and have it break on the user an hour into generations.

The problem is your Stable Diffusion. Once a Lora is trained it will never change again. It can't "break" after use.
I tried to use Lora Trainer XL, but it only produces blue noise images. I tried it twice, but got the same result each time. First time train XL lora, so i just followed holostrawberry's guide on civitai
I've been training loras for a few days now, both 1.5 and XL, and it seems to work fine with the default settings. I don't know what could be causing your issue.
