Figure out why all the chromosomes are the same size in current graphs #6

We figured out it was because his code had a loop to basically make a new plot for every chromosome and then stick them together.

Audrey is now going to work on using ggplot2 instead of base R to make a plot with the correct scaling of chromosomes.
