[GITHUB] Attempting to view raw file of a binary file under history downloads the current revision, not the version you are viewing #839

Posting this here because github is too stupid to use its own issue tracker system. (seriously, consider it) (No, I'm not going to email, I'm going to post this publicly, if you want to ignore it and let the bug stand, you will be doing so publicly)

Referenced in #152.

Steps: Go to a binary file in github, click history, click on an older commit, click view raw (only way to view it)

What happens: Github will serve up the current version of the file

Expected behavior: Github serves up the version of the file you are currently viewing.

I am not going to email you guys, this is the only notification of the bug you will get. If you want to ignore that, its on you.
