What was talks.githubapp.com about? #869

It seems that I have never heard of talks.githubapp.com before, but it occurs in this repo's issues many times.

(probably can't answer) Why is it dead? What was it? Anything other magically relevant‽

Just an internal app at GitHub to share talks and internal conversations among the company.
