unable to install the provided uf2 on Pico pi W #1

Congratulations on this awesome project.

I have just built it and I am trying to install the uf2 you have kindly provided using the simple drag and drop approach. For some strange reason this is not working on my pico pi w. Any ideas of why is this happening would be highly appreciated.

Sorry to hear this, so far I have only tried - and heard of people using - pi picos for this, not pico W. Not at all being a pi pico expert, I am not sure if the uf2 files are supposed to be compatible. At least the LED will not flash, the non-W pico has the LED on GPIO25, while - from what I just read - the pico W uses the WLAN chip for this.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I have though so too, but even the blink examples differ in size. Anyway, a friend will lent me a Pico this evening and I will move the components on that one. Once again, great project and I have noticed that you are also working on a version for the Speccy +2 timings. Great.
