Use prime numbers for expiration times in configure_material #88

Such as 13 instead of 10. This may decrease (a lot indeed) the chances of multiple materials being updated at once. Take 10 and 30, for instance, and use 13 and 31. These two will rarely get updated in the same "run" but still at roughly the same rate.
