Improve Shortbot commands screen #119

Should walk the user through the process of making a command.

  1. "Shortbot" - bottom shows a list of commands (click on one)
  2. "Shortbot image me" - bottom shows a textbox, keyboard comes up (type "puppies")
  3. Hit send
  4. "Shortbot image me puppies" shows up

Note from out discussion - It'd be worth exploring how Shortbot commands might expand or change to accommodate features to take our own photos and videos in the app.

I have some thoughts about interactions surrounding the CMD button inspired by the attachments button on the Path app.
