it looks like appveyor is hung :(

@holmgr I don't seem to have access on your projects on AppVeyor - do you think you could give me access? For context, I'm trying to investigate a job that hasn't started in over an hour: image

and I added it to my own appveyor account, but it doesn't seem to be receiving the webhook events: image

I was hoping access to your account could help me tell if I've hit a rate limit or something like that. You should be able to add me on https://ci.appveyor.com/account/holmgr/team: image
