XOR Not Working #348

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load example XOR
2. Enhance neuron count to 10+ for the hidden network
3. run program

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected that the results would get closer to ideal. And, this did not happen 
with it being way off base.

What version of the product are you using?
Latest

Please provide any additional information below.

For instance, I expect the ouput for a test of {0,0} I get 1 or something very 
close. When in fact it should be either 0 or very close to zero. This does not 
happen in other neural frameworks I have tried out and researched.

The original sample code works as supposed. The rest looks to me like changing 
the code without much understanding it.
