Support more FFMPEG codecs #360

I would like it if AForge.Video.FFMPEG supported more of FFMPEGS codecs (or all 
if possible). Today an enum limits what is possible to pass to the VideoWriter 
class. I don't know how ffmpeg is compiled, but it would be nice to be able to 
use more codecs.

I'm particularly interested in writing webm files.
