Currently the monorepo only offers e2e tests as means for testing a demonstrating a networks various flows. This is limited in that:

it doesn't provide a convenient flow for developing in context
it doesn't provide any long-running interactive systems for experimenting with - which is necessary for UI development

Task: Add an examples directory that composes a network from local build products.
