Design social-triangulation DNA interactions

There will be two DNAs:

• 1 open DNA that anyone call join
• 1 closed DNA with the social-triangulation membrane

There needs to be a vouch_for_agent function which friends of friends can use to vouch for other friends.

But, people inside the open DNA must be able to see how many vouches they have in each DNA.

We need to design how the interaction will work.
