This is a request for Clutter to enable users to follow others PER subject or #tag
So, for example I might follow @artbrock for #holo but not for #cats
Thereby reducing the noise in my stream.
This seems like a fairly easy addition which Twitter never got round to implementing, and if Clutter was to do it now it while the user base is small it would be easier...
It may get complex if users post on many tags so some "follow #all" and "not #cats" functionality may be required to improve UX
