Implement Storybook #30

Add Storybook and UI test the components. Also going to refactor components and containers into their own folders with the idea of a constructed Storybook that has all the components from all the apps in it. That will give us a great dev experience in an app plus an organisation wide view of the components built.

This is all done and now waiting for merge to master so a new release can be made.
