93 scroll bar in follow window #95

Original Description of behaviour: "When you have followed too many people in the follow window, it ends up growing off the bottom of the screen.

This is a critical bug fix because I can no longer click on ok!"

Follow screen has a scroll bar for 'follow' and 'unfollow' buttons when > 0

@zippy to confirm, I would continue with this merge into develop and then open a different PR for master, since we only want the UI changes for this and not any of the code for the previous hashtag fix?

Yes exactly. The easiest way to do this might be with a few git cherry-picks...
