udpate tests to use `hcdev test` #13

This means we can get rid of the dependency on Rust in this repo

(though it does introduce a dependence on holoconsole (from https://github.com/holochain/holosqape)

@willemolding I gave this a pass, but got into some weird unknowns, given some of the changes in hc-rust I think. Gonna try again really soon, so that we can keep writing tests
